Four lines is plenty. The more concrete the operation, the more concrete the reply.
- 01 What the operation does, and where the work currently leaks.
- 02 What you have already tried, and why it did not hold.
- 03 Who runs it day to day, and what they need it to do.
- 04 Any constraint that is not moving: a regulator, a date, an existing system.
